Return Policy



Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes! Our standard return policy is up to 30 days for unopened, unused product accompanied by receipt. If after 30 days you feel there was a defect, an issue with quality or other concern, please contact us directly at, and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging) accompanied by a receipt. Tee shirts/polos can be exchanged for a different size if the tags are still on the item and it is clean/unused.


How do I make a return?

In person: To make a return, simply bring the item(s) along with the receipt back to Tree House.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless approved when you contact us for a RAC.



How do I get my refund for a returned item in-store?

If the original payment was by credit card, your purchase will be credited back to the card on which you made the purchase. Check and cash purchases over $20 will be processed as a company check, mailed to the address you designate at the time of the refund. Please note: we do not maintain significant levels of cash and therefore do not process refunds in cash.


How do I get my refund if I mail my item back to Tree House?

Once your return is received and inspected to see that it matches the reasons given when you received a RAC (Return Authorization Code), we will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a check will be mailed to the address provided if original method of payment was check or cash. Credit refunds may take 3-14 days depending on your financial institution. Check refunds will take 3-4 weeks.
